Return & Refund Policy

At Azeezia Organic Supermarket, we are committed to providing fresh, quality products to our customers. We understand that there may be occasions when a product needs to be returned or a refund requested. This policy explains the applicable return and refund conditions.
1. Fruits & Vegetables
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of fruits and vegetables, returns are not accepted for these products.
We encourage customers to check their products at the time of purchase and contact us promptly if there is an issue with the quality of a product.
2. Dry Legumes & Powders
Returns for eligible dry legumes and powder products may be requested within 7 days of purchase, subject to verification and approval by Azeezia Organic Supermarket.
The product should be in an acceptable condition and, where applicable, accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Fragile Products
Returns for eligible fragile products may be requested within 7 days of purchase, subject to verification and approval.
Customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible if a fragile product is received damaged or has another issue.
4. Refunds
Once a return request has been received and reviewed, we will inform you whether the return is eligible and whether a refund will be provided.
If a refund is approved, the applicable refund process will be communicated to the customer.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or discuss a product issue, please contact us with:

- Details of the product
- Date of purchase
- Proof of purchase, where available
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product, where relevant
